Return and Refund Policy

Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to ensure that we fairly serve our clients while protecting their shopping interests and experience. We ask that our clients carefully look at our Return and Refund Policy to understand it thoroughly before placing their orders.
Confirmation of Order
Upon each successful order situation, an order confirmation message is sent to the client using the favored strategy of communication. Arranged points of interest for the confirmation include the things requested, billing information, shipping address, and the time the order is expected to be processed.
Our clients are encouraged to affirm, arrange details carefully, and should contact our support team for any adjustments or changes before order preparing and shipment.
Confirmation of Shipment
Once an order is processed and shipped, clients receive a shipment confirmation message from Meds4usa, with tracking details provided. Shipment confirmations support clients in tracking their orders in real time using the courier service that has been assigned to them.
The time taken to deliver an order is dependent on the destination country, the nature of customs clearance, and the operations of the courier service. Despite the fact that we endeavor to provide excellent and timely delivery services, we are not oblivious to the fact that there may be delays that are beyond our control.
Conditions of Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted on orders that have not been processed or shipped. For orders that have been packaged and handed over to the courier or postal service, cancellation requests are not accepted.
Meds4usa may cancel orders due to:
- Incomplete or incorrect information
- Failed payment authorizations
- Items not in stock
- Fraud suspicion
- Disallowed business policy, or law
Refunds for canceled orders will be made as per the refund policy.
Instructions for Damaged or Partial Deliveries
After receiving their goods, the customer is responsible for the inspection of the condition of the package. For damaged or partial deliveries, the customer must bring this to the attention of Meds4usa within the query period.
To assist claim processes may request:
- Clear photos of the package and delivered products.
- Clear description of the damaged or missing products.
- Order details along with Invoice.
Failure to bring the claim within the query period may affect eligibility for replacement or refund for products.
Customer waiting time for delivery
Our time frames for the expected delivery stipulate the estimated time with the knowledge that the delivery time may be affected by multiple external factors, including destination. For international shipping, additional delays may be experienced by a clearance held by customs, and even delivery interruptions due to adverse weather conditions and/or compliance with law.
Medpillz requests customers to wait the maximum delivery time before contacting us on the shipping concerns. We will assist you to the best of our ability, and it is our intent to answer the delivery query.
Reshipments of Lost orders
If a shipping company loses an order during transit, Meds4usa may ship a replacement order meeting our shipping and product policy terms or provide an alternative solution.
Requests for reshipments can only be made post-investigation and confirmation from the courier service. We holds the right to assess reshipment requests given the status of the order on the courier’s tracking service.
Query Duration
Customers are advised to raise any complaints regarding the order including non-delivery, delivery of damaged goods, delivery of the wrong goods and delivery of incomplete orders, within the duration specified, from the time the goods were delivered or should have been delivered.
Complaints raised beyond the duration specified shall not be subject to replacements, refunds or investigation.
Refund or Replacement
Refunds and replacements for orders may only be processed and approved if:
1. Goods delivered are damaged or defective
2. Goods delivered are incorrect
3. Goods ordered are delivered partially
4. Goods ordered are delivered and are confirmed to have been lost
5. Payments are made more than once for a single order
Refunds or replacements shall not be processed for orders which are due to the provision of wrong shipping details by the customer, delivery not accepted by the customer, retrieval of goods by the customs as per the local statutory regulations and the goods are used by the customer.
For safety and hygiene reasons, prescription medications and health care products cannot be returned after delivery.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within a reasonable time after a payment is approved when a refund is processed. There are wide variations in time regarding the processing of the refunds as a result of the various payment methods.
Customers shall be notified when refunds are processed.
